If you are unhappy with the results of your appointment, I encourage you to communicate that, as my goal is to make you look your best. There is a one week timeframe to do that. No change of mind refunds are available. No refunds are available in exchange for refusal for a redo. Your payment covers products used, time spent, and other costs calculated.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
This salon requires 24 hour notice of any changes or cancellation to scheduled appointments. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in a 50% service charge and no-show appointments will result in a 100% service charge. A non refundable deposit will then be required to book future appointments.
